Welcome to What On Earth TV. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing

We aim to describe products and prices accurately. Colours may vary slightly between screens and finished goods. Prices are in GBP and include applicable taxes where stated; shipping is added at checkout. We reserve the right to correct errors and to change products or prices.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline orders, for example if an item is unavailable. A contract forms when we confirm dispatch.

Conservation contribution

Where we state that a fixed amount from a product funds conservation, that contribution is made by What On Earth TV as a business. It is not a separate charitable donation by you and is not tax-deductible for you.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — imagery, film stills, text, and the What On Earth TV name and marks — belongs to What On Earth TV and may not be used without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under UK law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of your order.
