We want you to love what you buy from What On Earth TV. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You can return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To start a return, email contact.whatonearthtv@gmail.com with your order number.

Made-to-order items

Many of our products — including apparel and fine-art prints — are made to order especially for you. Because they aren’t held in stock, we can’t accept returns for change of mind on these items. We will of course replace or refund anything that arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
